Overview

I'm seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join a growing healthcare organization committed to making care accessible and affordable for all. This role is central to educating members about their benefits and driving engagement through strategic, multichannel campaigns.

You’ll work across departments—including Product, Operations, Clinical, and Engineering—to improve onboarding, outreach, and retention. We’re looking for a collaborative, hands-on marketer with strong CRM and email strategy experience, particularly within healthcare or insurance settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Design and implement overlapping, multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail, live agent). Focus areas include onboarding, telehealth utilization, and clinical engagement.
  • Content Development:
  • Build and manage a campaign calendar aligned with company OKRs. Own copy and design assets that drive action and resonate with members.
  • Performance & Analysis:
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns. Report on KPIs like open rates, CTR, and conversions. Lead testing strategies and collaborate with analysts to improve performance.
  • Operations Management:
  • Serve as campaign project manager—owning timelines, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring timely launches.
  • Member Segmentation & Personalization:
  • Work with Product and Clinical teams to target and tailor communications based on member profiles and behaviors.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Act as a key liaison across departments to align marketing initiatives with broader company goals and insights.
  • Process & Tool Development:
  • Help select and set up CRM systems. Build workflows for segmentation, personalization, and campaign execution.
  • Support Projects:
  • Assist with other marketing operations tasks such as brand work, regulatory filings, and process development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in campaign strategy and management
  • Deep knowledge of health insurance or healthcare (ACA familiarity is a strong plus)
  • Proven experience with CRM systems and multichannel campaign platforms (MailChimp, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Expertise in email marketing best practices and engagement tactics
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Experience or interest in leveraging AI tools for marketing efficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
  • Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
