Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and professional Security Manager to lead and oversee our security operations. The Security Manager will develop and implement comprehensive security policies, manage a team of security personnel, and ensure the safety of all individuals and property within the establishment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures.
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of security personnel, including creating schedules and conducting performance reviews.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify risks and vulnerabilities, recommending and implementing corrective measures.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment to identify and prevent unauthorized or suspicious activity.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, ensuring proper actions are taken to mitigate risks and safeguard people and property.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and external partners to coordinate security measures and handle investigations.
  • Manage access control systems, including issuing access cards, monitoring logs, and conducting regular audits.
  • Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft, vandalism, and other incidents.
  • Provide regular training to staff on security protocols, emergency response, and personal safety.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Security Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or high-traffic setting.
  • Expertise in CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security technologies.
  • Strong understanding of local laws and regulations pertaining to security operations.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with staff, guests, and external partners.
  • CPR certification and first aid training (required).
  • Prior experience in loss prevention and conflict resolution is highly desirable.
  • Ability to remain calm and make quick, sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (based on experience).

Schedule

  • 12-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shifts

Operating Hours (Excluding Special Events)

Friday: 5 PM–3 AM
Saturday: 11 AM–3 AM
Sunday: 11 AM–7 PM
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 5 PM–2 AM
