POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a background in roofing or related industries who thrives in a high-energy environment and is motivated by uncapped earning potential. OBJECTIVES

  • Generate and nurture leads to build a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients.
  • Conduct thorough roof inspections, accurately assessing customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of A-1 All American Roofing’s products and services to potential clients.
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Roofr, CompanyCam, and Google Calendar to track leads and manage customer interactions efficiently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, roofing materials, and best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development through company-provided training.
  • Align with the company’s growth mindset, always striving for excellence and contributing to team success.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in roofing or a related industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Frequent walking, standing, and sitting, with occasional need to climb stairs, ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds occasionally.
