Responsibilities:
- Performing safety training
- Evaluating jobs and creating JSA's
- Risk hazard analysis
- Root cause investigations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of safety experience in a formal manufacturing setting. (Union experience preferred and metal manufacturing preferred)
- College degree preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent personal communications and training employees.
- Experience implementing a Behavioral Based Safety Program is preferred.
