***Safety Manager***

COGS has partnered with a multi million dollar revenue construction company as they seek a Safety Manager to join their team.

Due to increased market demand for their services and several on going projects, they are in growth mode and expanding! This has led to increased opportunities for career trajectory and hence they are looking for a Regional Safety Manager to take ownership of their safety procedures.

This position is on site in Kernersville, NC with salary up to 95K + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Act as a qualified person for Confined Space, Fall Protection, and Subpart P requirements.
• Support company safety culture by advising project teams, communicating with management and field staff, and addressing safety concerns.
• Develop training materials, lead or coordinate training sessions, conduct safety orientations, attend job meetings, and provide required certifications (e.g., fall protection, confined space, HazCom).
• Conduct site inspections, write reports, and collaborate on corrective actions with field and safety management.
• Guide employees on effective pre-task analysis and toolbox talks.
• Recommend safety measures to protect workers from hazardous methods, materials, or processes.
• Represent the company in OSHA and compliance inspections.
• Conduct objective incident reviews by collecting statements, details, and visual evidence.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related field is preferred.
• Training in OSHA 500, OSHA 30 highly preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant safety experience (preferably with in construction industry)
