Roofing Service Manager – $115,000 - $125,000 + Benefits – Baltimore, MD

We're looking for a full-time Roofing Service Manager to join our Baltimore, MD team. Reporting directly to the Vice President, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the service department. From scheduling crews to maintaining client relationships, this is a hands-on leadership role for someone with deep roofing knowledge and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily service operations, including crew dispatch, material coordination, and job tracking
• Conduct roof inspections to diagnose issues and prepare repair estimates
• Develop scopes of work and ensure timely, high-quality job completion
• Communicate regularly with clients to address service needs and provide updates
• Review proposals, invoices, and job costs to ensure profitability
• Supervise, train, and support service technicians and foremen
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance on all job sites
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with vendors and internal teams
• Support warranty work and build preventative maintenance programs

The Person

• At least 5 years of commercial roofing experience
• Familiarity with single-ply, built-up, modified bitumen, and metal systems
• Skilled in job scheduling, estimating, and team management
• Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic service software
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred)
• Previous experience managing service crews or roofing projects (preferred)
