Praus Construction, due to growth, is expanding into a new office and we are currently looking to add 5-7 professional Roofing/ Restoration sales advisors to our team of Storm Representatives. Responsibilities and Duties

Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage.

Meeting directly with homeowners/ business owners after inspections, to educate them on the entire restoration and claims process.

Ability to close and sign agreements.

Marketing/ lead generation for new prospects; networking for referrals.

Qualifications and Skills

Min. 2 yrs Sales background. (Retail, Territory, Outside)

Highly Competitive. Hate to lose mentality.

Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers.

Knocking doors and working your social networks and leads.

Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary.

Must have reliable transportation.

Independent nature, self-disciplined. Always being a student of the industry.

Great time management skills.

Willing and able to follow a proven successful process. Do what others won't do.

Salary: 1st year $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 realistic expectation, but un-capped, no-limit. 100% Commissions
