Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care & Care Coordination- Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions.
• Support and deliver individualized care plans using sound clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize patient flow and experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care, changes in condition, education, and interventions.
• Patient Advocacy & Satisfaction- Listen actively to patients and families, ensuring needs are understood and addressed.
• Provide education on health conditions and treatment plans.
• Communicate necessary information to families, providers, and care team members.
• Support a patient- and family-centered care environment focused on satisfaction and trust.
• Performance Improvement- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and contribute ideas.
• Support and participate in initiatives related to patient outcomes, satisfaction, and system performance.
• Professional Competency & Growth- Maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
• Seek opportunities for leadership growth and specialty involvement.
• Professional Leadership
• Mentor and precept newer nurses as needed.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills -BSN, BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) — Required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing — Preferred
• Active RN License (Single-State or Compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Instructor or Provider)
• Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
