Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional patient care: Perform assessments, develop and execute care plans, and monitor patient progress with attention to detail and empathy.
• Coordinate care: Serve as the bridge between patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure clear communication and continuity.
• Advocate for patients: Educate and empower patients and families about treatment options and health maintenance.
• Collaborate for excellence: Work alongside care teams to improve outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.
• Drive quality & improvement: Participate in quality initiatives and help streamline processes for better patient experiences.
• Lead by example: Mentor colleagues, promote shared governance, and contribute to a positive and professional work culture.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills;BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse .
• Active RN License (GA or Compact State)
• BLS Certification (AHA required)
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN or MSN preferred.
• Prior outpatient or clinical experience preferred, but strong new grads with solid fundamentals are welcome.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinic setting.
