Garden of Growth Learning Center is dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental disabilities reach their fullest potential. We provide ABA therapy in center, school, and home settings, guided by compassion, evidence-based practices, and a deep commitment to family and community.

We are expanding and looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are ready to make a difference.

⚠️ Important Notice

We are actively hiring and onboarding new RBTs through September 30, 2025. Sunshine Health will pause onboarding new staff after 10/1/25 with no set reopen date. To avoid delays and be ready for immediate caseload openings this fall, we encourage applicants to complete onboarding before this deadline.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect accurate session data
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and team members to ensure consistent care
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain professionalism at all times

✅ Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or in process of completing)
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to pass AHCA background screening
• Compassion, reliability, and a passion for working with children
