What You’ll Do

• Recruit, screen, interview, and place candidates in temporary and direct hire roles
• Conduct reference checks and manage candidate records in our recruiting system
• Write detailed job orders and match candidates to client openings
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and recruiting partners
• Plan and execute recruitment strategies and focused sourcing campaigns
• Perform client visits to ensure satisfaction and grow relationships
• Track labor market trends and stay ahead of recruitment needs
• Support both new and existing business through follow-ups and quality control

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 1 year of business-to-business experience (staffing or recruiting experience a plus!)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working independently or as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• A positive, energetic personality and a passion for helping others
