About the Role

  • Job Title: Recruiter
  • Location: Seattle WA

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation/screening, interview process, offer negotiations, and new hiring on-boarding
  • Develop short and long-term recruiting strategies
  • Evaluate and recommend job postings
  • Conduct research on recruitment standards and monitor new trends and opportunities
  • Perform screening and interviews of qualified candidates
  • Leverage online recruiting resources, tools, and systems to identify and recruit the best candidates
  • Plan and support recruiting events
  • Develop recruiting and sourcing strategies
  • Partner with hiring organizations across multiple disciplines
  • Source external resume databases for diverse and qualified candidates

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience with full lifecycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environment
  • Strong experience working with Boolean search strings
  • Strong experience with Excel
  • Experience sourcing candidates through a variety of job boards
  • Experience working with an internal ATS
  • Ability to connect with candidates and build relationships for open roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter attitude with drive to be successful
  • Previous experience recruiting in a professional environment communicating with internal and external executives
  • Experience managing a large volume of open requisitions across multiple stakeholders

Desired Qualifications

  • A history of recruiting for roles in the Manufacturing space
  • Professional experience in aviation/aerospace
  • Prior experience with Workday
  • Prior experience managing a full desk of 50+ open requirements
  • Prior experience supporting executives across multiple time zones

Location

  • Seattle, WA

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $70K – $90K annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for a bonus based on the achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
