Job Description:

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of full-cycle recruiting efforts in a fast-paced, blue-collar environment. You’ll support hiring across departments and contribute to onboarding, employee engagement, and HR coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Serve as a key contact for employee questions and concerns, supporting a positive work culture.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and HRIS tools (e.g., Paylocity).
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
• Collaborate with department leads to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related administrative support.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and accuracy.
• Comfortable engaging with candidates from various backgrounds, especially warehouse/transportation staff.

Additional Details:

• 100% onsite role.
• Contract-to-hire opportunity with ASAP start.
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the transportation, logistics, or warehousing sectors.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
