Office/Listing Coordinator, Luxury Real Estate Group
Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for an exceptional Office/Listing Coordinator who is incredibly organized, customer-driven, and experienced in providing top-tier administrative support in a dynamic office setting. In this role, you will work directly with our luxury real estate group's CEO to oversee the organization's daily operations, streamline efficiencies, and coordinate all property listings.
You should be proactive, personable, and possess a strong work ethic. A sense of humor and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential. If you thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment that values mission and results while being team-focused, we want to hear from you.
Key qualities for success in this role include sound business judgment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively. The real estate industry is fast-paced and demanding, so we seek someone passionate about their work and the impact they make on both the company and its clients.
Compensation: $75,000 plus Bonus annually based on team production
