Responsibilities

• Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
• Provide guidance to buyers, secure signed agreements, and assist them in finding suitable homes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of both sellers and buyers.
• Utilize PLACE Technology to monitor tasks and activities.
• Conduct two open houses each month.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice in accordance with team standards.
• Engage in team activities as outlined by team guidelines.
• Allocate time for weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.
• Advise sellers, secure property listings, and market properties effectively.
• Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.

Qualifications

• Possess a self-driven and competitive nature in sales.
• Exceptional at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing effective solutions.
• Proficient in prospecting and generating leads.
• Naturally adept at overcoming objections.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills and a dedication to service.
• Collaborative team member
• Holds a valid real estate license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Committed to continuous learning and personal growth
• Highly organized
• Open to learning and applying scripts and dialogues
• Superior time management capabilities
