Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to join our dynamic team! In this fully remote position, you will play a crucial role in buying and selling homes, following up on leads, valuing properties, estimating repairs, and closing deals. If you have a passion for sales and are eager to learn, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You Will Do:
Engage with leads to assess property values and analyze comparable sales while acquiring new homes.
Negotiate the purchase and sale of properties.
Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
Estimate repair costs and determine the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.
Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.
About You:
You have 4+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record of success.
You have consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff in your previous roles.
You possess excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
You have a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas through phone sales.
A Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred.
