We're seeking a dynamic R&D Scientist/Organic Chemist to be part of our pioneering team, focusing on atmospheric water harvesting and CO2 capture technologies. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work on the synthesis and analysis of MOF, COF, and other supramolecular materials, directly impacting environmental sustainability.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Synthesizing various MOF & COF materials and characterizing their properties.
• Collaborating closely with the R&D head to develop commercial-grade technologies.
• Utilizing advanced analytical techniques for material characterization.
• Developing synthetic processes for organic ligands at a commercial scale.
• Engaging in collaborative research and intellectual property creation.

About You

• PhD in organic chemistry with a strong research background.
• Industry experience in organic synthetic chemistry need, MOF/COF experience NOT neccessary
• Demonstrated track record in research and scale-up prototypes.
• Strong commitment to safety, operational excellence, and teamwork.
