We are looking for a full-time Quality Management Consultant to join our team. This is a hybrid role, located in Spring Grove, PA with on-site time at clients and flexibility for remote work. The Quality Management Consultant will be responsible for providing Quality Management, Internal Audits, Quality Assurance, Analytical Skills, Management Consulting, and Consulting services to defined book of customers with a focus on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and AS9100.

This role requires excellent customer focus, adaptability to new challenges, and a strong commitment to integrity. The position involves moderate travel, ranging from 25%-50% of the time with compensation that falls within an average of $75,000.

This job is opening on 7/24/25 and will close for applicants on 8/15/25 for our review of all applicants.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Analytical Skills, Management Consulting, and Consulting, specifically ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and AS9100 a strong plus.
• Ability to lead a quality team in a fractional role, driving improvement, maintaining compliance, communicating with OEM/Customers and supporting prioritizing tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Environmental Sciences) or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Experience in consulting and/or project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, IATF 16949, Food Safety or equivalent, are highly desirable.
