Quality Assurance Administrator

Concord, CA (onsite)

$: 22-30/hr

We are looking for a quality assurance administrator for a long-term temp-to-hire role in Concord, CA. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in document management or contracts administration, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for maintaining high standards across operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain quality assurance documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
• Conduct regular audits of documentation and processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process enhancements.
• Track and report on quality metrics and performance indicators.
• Support the development and revision of SOPs, manuals, and training materials.
• Ensure timely and organized filing, retrieval, and archiving of QA records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality assurance or document control, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Able to work onsite daily.
