💰 Pay Rate: $24/hour

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to support our procurement team with the timely and accurate creation and amendment of purchase orders (POs) in SAP .

Key Responsibilities

• Create and amend purchase orders in SAP following company guidelines and department input.
• Ensure accuracy of PO details, confirming alignment with supplier quotes and terms.
• Maintain clear documentation and centralized records for all POs created.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

• Prior hands-on experience using SAP
• Experience with PO creation/modification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
