Job Title: Project Scheduler - Wind Industry

Duration: 6-month contract with extension potential

Location: Hybrid in Juno Beach, FL

**Candidates must have experience within the Wind Turbine Industry**

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for maintenance activities on wind turbines and related equipment.
• Coordinate with site personnel, fleet engineering, and the central maintenance organization to ensure accurate planning and execution of maintenance tasks.
• Perform job site walk-downs and scope validation to ensure all maintenance activities are properly planned.
• Support the procurement of materials and services required for maintenance activities.
• Establish accurate work order cost and schedule estimates.
• Monitor and report on the progress of maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact maintenance schedules.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of maintenance plans.

Required Experience:

• Previous work in the wind industry, preferably with major components.
• High computer skills, including proficiency in using multiple databases and custom-built scheduling tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in scheduling.
• Familiarity with IBM Maximo or similar asset management software.
• Experience in resource management.

Additional Information:

• It is preferred that the candidate resides in Florida and can come into the corporate office every day.
• The candidate should be able to adapt to changing plans, work in a fast-paced environment, and be a very strong team player with great communication skills.
