Think of this as your rookie season — we’ll coach you every step of the way. From day one, you’ll be in the game, learning strategy, leadership, and execution with daily evaluations and hands-on training to level up fast.

🔥 What You’ll Train For:

Over your first 3–8 months, you’ll gain real-world experience in:

• Winning customers and generating revenue
• Leading and developing high-performing teams
• Recruiting top talent and enforcing HR playbooks
• Budgeting and managing project stats
• Expanding into new “territories” with strategic planning

Every day includes a pre-game huddle (morning training) , in-the-field action , and post-game analysis (daily debriefs) to help you grow and win faster.

💰 Pay & Perks:

• Training Phase: $37K–$80K (base + commissions + bonuses)
• Post-Training: $100K–$120K+ annually
