(Project Manager Nuclear Facility)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field. (Preferred)
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification (Preferred).
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in the nuclear industry or in managing outage-related projects.
• Extensive experience in budget development, scheduling, risk management, and vendor management.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial and nuclear safety, ALARA planning, and clearance order preparation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
