Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic SAP Project Manager to lead the implementation of Lead Time Scheduling (LTS) within our SAP environment.
• This critical role will focus on driving operational excellence and optimizing supply chain performance through effective planning and scheduling strategies.
• The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Bills of Materials (BOMs), Routings, Materials Management, Capacity Planning, and Change Management, coupled with strong project leadership and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead Time Scheduling (LTS) Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of LTS in SAP, ensuring seamless integration across all relevant business functions.
• BOM and Routing Expertise: Develop and maintain accurate BOMs and routings, aligning with production processes to enhance scheduling accuracy and efficiency.
• Materials Management: Oversee material flow optimization to improve availability and minimize downtime, ensuring alignment with production schedules.
• Capacity Planning: Analyze and optimize capacity planning processes to meet production goals.
• Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of LTS practices across all departments, including training and communication plans.
• Project Management: Manage cross-functional teams, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of LTS projects.
• Project Timelines & Milestones: Establish and maintain detailed project timelines, tracking key milestones and ensuring alignment with business objectives and production schedules.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance existing scheduling and planning processes.
• Data Analysis: Leverage data insights to identify bottlenecks, forecast requirements, and develop proactive solutions.
• Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between Materials, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure alignment and success in LTS implementation.
