A leader in the commercial, institutional, and industrial mechanical contracting field is seeking a Project Manager who is proactive, personable, and energized by managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

This role requires an optimistic and approachable communicator who excels at leading teams, facilitating collaboration, and driving results—even without direct authority. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork, accountability, and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete project organization, scheduling, and delegation of responsibilities.
• Review and approve project submittals and shop drawings.
• Coordinate equipment release and subcontractor activities.
• Manage project billing, cost tracking, and financial documentation through project completion.
• Oversee the submittal, approval, and execution of the Change Order Management process.
• Maintain coordination and communication with general contractors and subcontractors.
• Handle purchasing coordination and procurement of project materials.
• Participate in project start-up and closeout activities.
• Ensure consistent and accurate project documentation and correspondence.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving and decision-making skills throughout project phases.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance and adherence to company safety and productivity standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Construction Executive Vice President.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of commercial HVAC construction project experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface professionally with internal and external clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
