Job Overview – Multi Family Project Manager:

Join our client’s team as a Residential Project Manager in Boston, MA. This full-time role involves leading multiple residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while maintaining strong communication with clients and team members.

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000/year + bonus

Location: Boston, MA

Responsibilities as the Residential Project Manager:

• Project Oversight: Manage multiple residential construction projects from inception to completion.
• Budget and Scheduling: Develop and manage budgets and project schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Team Coordination: Oversee subcontractors and vendors, fostering collaboration and resolving challenges proactively.
• Client Communication: Maintain strong, transparent communication with clients to meet expectations and address concerns effectively.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure projects adhere to high-quality standards and comply with all Massachusetts building codes.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address issues promptly, minimizing impact on project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications for the Residential Project Manager:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in residential construction project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction processes and Massachusetts building codes.
• Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management software and tools.
