Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager and Data Analyst to join the Onboarding project team at one of the world's leading investment firms.
This role will initially focus on overseeing the legal and contract agreements workstream within the broader project, collaborating with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams, and driving process improvement efforts in a high-stakes, large-scale transformation.
Location: Hybrid , (must be local enough to come into office a few times a month - Baltimore, Maryland)
Duration: 6-month contract

Required Qualifications
o 8+ years of experience in Project Management or Program Management in large, complex organizations
o Recent financial services or investment industry experience
o Proven track record of managing and executing large-scale transformation projects, including working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
o Previous experience working in a PMO or Transformation Office
o Experience in leading process improvement initiatives, ideally using established methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
o Experience in change management and implementing new processes or technologies within large organizations.
o Strong proficiency in Jira (preferred) and or Rally
o Proficient in SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and reporting.
o Ability to leverage reporting tools to track and communicate project progress.
