As a critical member of our close-knit team, you'll handle engineering tasks, fine-tune project analysis, design, and coordination, and help our team to find innovative engineering solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Engineering Analysis and Design: Conduct engineering analysis and design as per industry practices.
2. Project Development: Produce project drawings, specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
3. Communication: Engage in proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Undertake data analysis and prepare engineering reports.
5. Client Retention and Growth: Contribute to client retention and the growth of customer base.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
● Bachelors in Civil Engineering , majoring in Structural Engineering (Masters in Structural Engineering preferred). Arkansas Professional Engineers license and/or Structural Engineer license preferred.
● Must have computer skills using AutoCAD, Revit, RISA3D, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
● Structural Engineering with industrial project experience preferred.
● Ability to manage one's time for timely project completion, being self-motivated.
● Able to manage draftsmen and coordinate with the design team .
● Ability to clearly communicate with others in speech and writing .
● Ability to manage time and prioritize project workload with minimal supervision.
● Ability to work well in teams, self-starter, pleasant , helpful , and optimistic .
