Join our client's Energy Supply Strategic Projects Group as a Project Coordinator, supporting the successful execution of transformative energy initiatives—including large-scale wind farms, solar installations, and capital projects exceeding $15 million.

In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as a key liaison among internal teams, ensuring accurate documentation, clear communication, and on-time delivery across every project lifecycle phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Route and manage project documentation for internal review and approval
  • Track key deadlines using tools like OneNote and ensure timely supplier follow-up
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to monitor document status
  • Manage communication via a shared email alias to support project correspondence
  • Assemble and package large-format drawing sets for delivery to construction sites
  • Print, organize, and ship project documentation as needed
  • Support internal stakeholders with external supplier coordination

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in construction or administrative support roles involving RFIs and technical documentation
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, OneNote), ProjectWise, and PDF tools such as Bluebeam or Adobe Pro
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Must be located in the Denver metro area
