Position Overview

We're looking for driven go-getters ready to launch their careers as Entry-Level Project Coordinators with a sales focus. No experience? No problem! We provide industry-leading training to develop your sales expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen. If you’re competitive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn, this is your chance to shine.

3-8 Months of Training & Career Acceleration

🔹 Phase 1: Master sales strategies, customer acquisition, and performance metrics through real-world experience. Build confidence and resilience.

🔹 Phase 2: Step into leadership—set goals, lead teams, and drive growth.

🔹 Phase 3: Expand into business fundamentals, including finance, payroll, legal compliance, and strategic decision-making.

🔹 End Goal: Transition into a Consultant Role , leading multiple departments, making an impact, and earning like a true sales leader! 🚀

Compensation & Perks

• Training Period: Earn between $37,000 - $75,000 in your first year with base salary, bonuses, and commission.
• After Training: Boost your income with potential annual earnings of $120,000 - $200,000 as a Consultant.
• Benefits: Enjoy a generous $10,000 benefits package , including paid time off (PTO) , vision and dental insurance .
