Role: Production Line Assembler – Automotive Manufacturing

Pay: $17.50 – $18.50 per hour | Employment: Full-time

Your Mission

Deliver consistent, high-quality assembly work while supporting throughput and safety goals.

• Follow work instructions to assemble components with hand and power tools.
• Affix foam pieces to specified areas with exact placement.
• Conduct in-process and final checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Operate effectively in a repetitive production environment.
• Keep your workspace clean and compliant with safety procedures.
• Escalate defects, equipment malfunctions, or quality concerns quickly.
• Recommend improvements that streamline assembly and boost efficiency.

Choose Your Shift

We’re hiring immediately across multiple schedules so you can select what fits best:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift (Assembly): Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• 2nd Shift (Molding): Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift (Molding): Sunday night – Thursday night, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

What It Takes

• Solid hand–eye coordination; able to focus on fine details.
• Positive attitude; collaborative team player.
• Basic math, reading, and reasoning capabilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Comfort juggling tasks while following a set production schedule.

Preferred proficiency:

• Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
