Production & Inventory Assistant (Part-Time) or Data Entry Clerk (Part-Time)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production & Inventory Assistant to support our factory operations. In this role, you will process purchase orders in AIMS, assist with production-related tasks, and ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records. This position offers flexibility and can be structured as part-time (flex) or three days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage purchase orders in AIMS for our factory partners
• Support production tasks as needed, ensuring smooth workflow and communication
• Maintain and update inventory spreadsheets accurately
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to production and inventory management

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience working with inventory management systems and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) is required
• Proficiency with AIMS preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or supply chain-focused role
• Familiarity with purchase order processes and best practices

Work Schedule:

• Part-time or 3 days per week (flexible schedule)
