We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with strong experience in real estate or property development to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and sales performance.
Responsibilities
Research our market's consumer preferences then target and segment our customers effectively based on this research
Create product marketing content that clearly and effectively communicates our value-proposition
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for residential projects
Plan and manage project launches, campaigns, and on-ground activations
Oversee digital marketing initiatives including performance marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and CRM
Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales targets and lead quality
Handle branding, communication, and collateral (brochures, hoardings, site branding, presentations)
Track and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and market trends
Manage marketing budgets and timelines efficiently
Oversee product launches, feature releases, and product positioning
Experience/Qualification
Bachelors/Master's degree
5+ years of marketing experience, mandatory exposure to real estate or property development
Strong understanding of real estate buyer journeys and lead funnels
Proven experience in digital marketing, project marketing, and brand building
Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on, strategic, and data-driven mindset
