Job Description

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Product Manager who will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other business units, to gather and define product requirements and ensure alignment on goals. This role is located in Miami, FL.

Duties:

• Lead the development and implementation of transformative projects that deliver new capabilities for our customers in the Value segment, and align with our future architecture vision
• Manage and communicate product roadmaps, ensuring transparency and clarity on timelines, potential risks, and key milestones
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the product development lifecycle
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation
• Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product vision and value to stakeholders across the organization

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role with a successful track record of delivering impactful solutions
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and experience working in agile environments
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
