Atrius Health, a physician-led healthcare leader based in Eastern Massachusetts, is looking for Adult Primary Care Physicians to serve our practice located in Wellesley, MA.

You’ll work as part of a team-based model where primary and specialty care providers join with hospital partners, community specialists, and skilled nursing facilities to provide high-quality, evidence-based medicine to a diverse and growing population.

We have an excellent opportunity for a full or part time primary care internal or family medicine physician or panel-holding advanced practice provider to join our Wellesley practice. This is a community-based, multispecialty practice that offers adult primary care, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, and a wide range of medical and surgical specialty care, as well as on site pharmacy, laboratory and radiology services.

Serving residents of Natick, Needham, Wellesley and Framingham, we are conveniently located on Route 9 in Wellesley near Wellesley Toyota.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Department consists of 16 physicians and 13 APPs, with 1:1 MA support
• Full or part time with flexible schedules with minimal weekend call responsibility
• Collaborative and innovative practice environment with team support embedded in our medical home model
• $50,000 in Sign-on and Retention bonuses

Position highlights:

• The leveraging of technology to support physicians to minimize in-basket management work, automated Rx renewals, normal lab result notification, e-consults, DAX Copilot and more
• Close collaboration between primary care and specialists
• Expertise in clinical informatics and predictive analytics embedded in a fully integrated EMR (Epic)
• Minimal (second) call with Telecom services for nights and weekends
• Opportunities for medical student teaching with Harvard Medical School (HMS) and/or Tufts University School of Medicine; as well as precepting a BIDMC or BWH resident in the ambulatory setting

• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
