Overview

We are seeking a Staff Physician to join our Urgent Care team in Anaheim, CA. This role offers a supportive, family-oriented practice environment with the resources of a large organization. Daily patient care is guided by evidence-based medicine, and career growth opportunities are limitless.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in a clinic setting.
  • Lead by example and foster an exceptional patient experience.
  • Collaborate with therapists and specialists to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and payers.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted medical license.
  • Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license (required prior to start date).
  • Eligibility to participate in Medicare.

Preferred Qualifications

  • FMCSA NRCME certification, or willingness to certify through DOT training program.
  • Experience fostering collaboration and driving quality care outcomes.
