Thrive By 5 is a pediatric therapy agency providing early intervention, preschool, and school-based services . We are seeking a p art time or full time Physical Therapist to provide preschool-based and/or school-aged services in New Windsor, NY in Orange County . Essential duties and responsibilities:

The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Work 1:1 with developmentally delayed children in a preschool setting
• Collaborate with other service providers to support IEP goals and objectives.
• Complete session notes and progress reports as required

Qualifications:

• M.A. or M.S. degree in Physical Therapy
• NYS License in Physical Therapy required.
• Must demonstrate excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to collaborate with the clinical team and all related service providers on a caseload
