In this leadership-focused role, you’ll not only treat a wide variety of patients but also mentor and supervise a small group of therapists, aides, and students.

🔍 What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapist in this role, you will:

• Evaluate and treat patients using comprehensive PT techniques and modalities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise and support PT assistants, aides, and clinical students.
• Lead team meetings, program planning, and quality improvement efforts.
• Handle scheduling coordination and ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.

✅ Key Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (acute medical, rehab, SNF, or outpatient).
• Current or eligible California license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Prior supervisory or mentorship experience is a strong plus.
