Overview:We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join The Club & Spa at Flamingo Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate will inspire and guide clients to achieve their fitness goals through customized training programs, support, and education in a safe and welcoming environment.
Conduct initial fitness assessments and consultations for new and existing members
Develop personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals and abilities
Instruct safe and effective exercise techniques, correcting form as needed
Monitor client progress and adapt programs as necessary
Provide motivation, encouragement, and accountability to clients
Maintain accurate records of sessions, attendance, and progress
Promote personal training services and participate in club events and member engagement activities
Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained in all fitness areas
Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and continuing education
High School diploma or equivalent; degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification (required)
Personal Trainer Certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM)
Minimum 6 months of personal training or fitness instruction experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Passion for health and fitness and a commitment to helping others succeed
