Job Description

San Francisco-based socialite is actively looking for a Personal Assistant. This is a special and unique opportunity to become the right arm to a devoted philanthropist. As the Personal Assistant, working out of a magnificent home, you will help this fantastic mentor stay on track with your positive mindset and meticulous skillset. You will have the opportunity to plan events, arrange travel logistics, and take on a variety of tasks, all while managing a staff. There is a lot to be done, but you will be highly recognized and generously compensated. The right candidate will be extremely efficient with an easy going personality, have great judgement, and a proven track record of working out of a home. Personal Assistant Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Calendar Management : Coordinate, confirm, and organize the principal’s appointments while ensuring the calendar is up-to-date and any changes are communicated promptly.
  • Communication Management : Answer phone calls, relay messages appropriately, and supervise the principal’s email to ensure timely and confidential handling of all communications.
  • Contact Management : Maintain and organize the principal’s database of contacts.
  • Travel Coordination : Arrange personal travel, including booking flights, hotel accommodations, car services, and meeting locations.
  • Event & Reservation Management : Handle reservations for dining, concerts, theater, and other recreational activities.
  • Errands & Task Management : Run errands such as managing dry cleaning, and assisting with projects, research, and organizational tasks.
  • Gift Giving & Holiday Preparation : Send thoughtful gifts for family and friends’ birthdays and help with holiday preparations, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.
  • Package Handling : Organize and manage packages, returns, and deliveries as needed.
