The Performance Marketing Analyst plays a vital role in advancing Legacy Traditional Schools’ mission of changing lives through education by transforming marketing data into actionable insights that drive student enrollment. This role focuses on analyzing digital campaign performance across Google, Meta, and other platforms, ensuring that every marketing investment is measured, optimized, and aligned with enrollment goals. By providing clear reporting, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with campus and operations leaders, the Performance Marketing Analyst ensures that marketing efforts directly support families in finding the right educational opportunities for their children.

Essential Functions:

1. Campaign Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on campaign performance metrics (CPL, conversion rate, ROMI).
  • Maintain tracking best practices across all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Use Tableau and GA4 to create performance dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Translate campaign data into actionable insights for marketing and school leadership.

2. Paid Media Optimization

  • Support data-driven optimization of all campaigns for enrollment growth.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, testing, and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Monitor and adjust campaign budgets to maximize efficiency and impact.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to identify quick-win optimizations and long-term improvements.

3. Website & Content Analytics

  • Analyze SEO performance, including keyword rankings, site traffic, and engagement metrics.
  • Review and recommend optimizations for web content to improve lead generation.
  • Track and report social media analytics in alignment with enrollment goals.
  • Identify technical or content gaps impacting digital visibility and recommend solutions.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Share campaign performance insights with internal teams and campus leaders.
  • Partner with operations and marketing staff to align digital campaigns with enrollment initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations to improve the customer journey through the marketing funnel.
  • Support coordination with external vendors and agencies when specialized support is needed.

Required Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Science, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing analytics or digital campaign performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience with Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Tableau.
  • Proven track record of developing actionable insights from digital marketing data.

Credentials:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Must pass a criminal history background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in education, enrollment marketing, or nonprofit marketing environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data query/analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements.
