Part-Time Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Manage packaging reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate packaging truck movements and documentation.
• Input packaging data into Business Central (invoices, purchase orders, and transfers).
• Provide support that frees current team members to focus on plant operations and scheduling accuracy.

• Ensures timely and accurate data entry into Business Central, strengthening financial controls.
• Prevents bottlenecks in plant scheduling and packaging flows by absorbing 15–20 hours of weekly work.
