Salary: $25-30hr

What your future day will look like:

• Communicate with client companies regarding scheduling, assessment activities and invoicing
• Coordinate travel for the business owner and assist with personal scheduling
• Proof and edit reports in Word and PowerPoint
• Track billable business activities and create invoices

Benefits Offered:

• Weekly pay via direct deposit while on Godshall’s payroll
• Flexible 15-20 hour per week scheduling during the hours of 9-5.

Type: Temp to hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Clean background check
• Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
• 5+ years in executive assistant or client coordination roles
