We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join our team. This position involves supporting attorneys in all aspects of family law matters, including document preparation, research, case management, and client communication. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents for family law cases
• Conduct thorough legal research and analyze findings
• Review, organize, and manage case documents and evidence
• Provide ongoing support to attorneys during case preparation and proceedings
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court staff
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive client information

Qualifications

• Proven experience in family law is required
• Strong skills in legal research, document preparation, and review
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or a related discipline
• Paralegal certification preferred but not mandatory
