Job Description

Our client a busy manufacturing facility in the Pelham, NH area is seeking reliable and detail-oriented individual for their Manufacturing Packer positions. This role involves preparing products for shipment and supporting general warehouse operations.

Location: Pelham, NH

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm

Job Duties Include:

• Visually inspecting parts for surface defects and other non-conformities
• Using hand tools to remove excess material
• Following written instructions to properly wrap and package parts
• Placing packaged items into shipping containers
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Notifying supervisors of unsafe conditions or damaged tools
• Performing other general labor tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check and 9-panel drug test (NO THC)
• Must wear steel-toe boots
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
• Use of hands for tools and materials handling
• Occasional kneeling, crouching, and climbing stairs may be required

This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity with consistent weekday hours. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to start immediately.

Desired Skills and Experience
