We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Organizational Change Director to drive the people side of change for a large business transformation initiative, anchored by the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role will be instrumental in preparing, equipping, and supporting employees across globally decentralized businesses to successfully adopt new ways of working, processes, and technologies.
