We are seeking a motivated Order Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team and help streamline our order processing and delivery systems.

Position Overview:

As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed and shipped on time. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to providing high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify that orders are complete and correct before they are shipped.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate efficient order fulfillment.
• Use inventory management systems to track products and manage stock levels.
• Assist with the unloading and storing of incoming shipments.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Label, scan, and prepare packages for shipment using the company’s shipping software.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and deadlines.
• Assist with inventory control, including stock rotation and restocking as needed.
• Help with general warehouse tasks, such as organizing products and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the warehouse.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
