Streamline is an enterprise finance technology company that enables lenders to enhance origination quality and capture more volume by connecting underwriting guidelines to dealers in real-time. The company was incubated at the West Herr Automotive Group and is expanding nationwide with lender partners. 

Job Overview  

We’re seeking a highly motivated Project Manager who is eager to take on strategic projects and grow into an Operations Manager role. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our dynamic, fast-paced environment—managing SaaS projects, driving process improvements, and crafting robust documentation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure our operations scale with our ambitious vision. 

Key Responsibilities  

SaaS Project & Product Management: 

• Lead strategic projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with our mission to revolutionize the car shopping experience. 
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams using agile methodologies to drive rapid iterations and impactful outcomes. 

Process Improvement & Documentation: 

• Develop, document, and optimize business processes and workflows that empower our teams and delight our customers. 
• Create clear, comprehensive documentation and standard operating procedures that become the backbone of our operational excellence. 

Operational Growth & Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

• Support the evolution of our operations by working on key initiatives, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying high-impact opportunities. 
• Act as a central communication hub between teams to ensure that every project is executed with precision and passion.
