They’re looking for an Operations Manager who’s ready to take charge of the wholesale operations and customer experience team — someone who can create structure, boost communication, and make things run smoothly from order to delivery. 🚛

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach a small (but mighty 💪) operations team of four
• Oversee the full order process — from entry ➡️ production ➡️ shipment
• Strengthen communication across departments (office, warehouse, production)
• Manage key wholesale accounts and ensure top-notch service
• Track KPIs and find ways to work smarter, not harder
• Jump in when needed — this is a hands-on leadership role

🎯 What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in operations, order management, or customer service leadership (food, CPG, or distribution a plus)
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
• ERP experience (BlueLink or similar systems)
• Data-driven mindset — loves using KPIs to improve performance 📊
• A steady, upbeat, “let’s figure it out” attitude
• Willingness to work on-site in Frederick, MD and travel occasionally (10–15%)
