About StopAntisemitism

StopAntisemitism is a grassroots watchdog organization dedicated to exposing groups and individuals that espouse incitement towards the Jewish people and State and engage in antisemitic behaviors.

Founded in 2018, StopAntisemitism was born in response to increasing antisemitic violence and sentiment across the United States.

Position Overview

StopAntisemitism is looking for an energetic, extremely detail-oriented, and highly motivated Operations Associate to assist the team with the day to day management of StopAntisemitism. This is a U.S. based remote position with Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours required (non negotiable).

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Communications: Draft letters, emails, and maintain communications with partners and vendors
• Compose weekly mailers
• Social Media: assistance with moderation across all platforms and liaisoning with social media team as needed 
• Website Management: Maintain website as needed, working with SEO team to increase website visibility 
• Participation of daily process flow

Qualifications:

• Must be passionate about StopAntisemitism’s mission and possess a strong understanding of current events surrounding antisemitism in America, sources of antisemitism, different types of antisemitism
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, Business Management, etc.)
• 3+ years experience in a similar role 
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment
• Ability to move quickly and seamlessly between tasks 
• Familiarity with WordPress and CRM platforms

Compensation Details and More:

• Salary: $70,000 - 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience
• Benefits offered include: Health and dental insurance, 401K with a match, paid vacation time
